Abstract: This research paper examines the features and user experience of RentLONA, an online platform that connects tenants and landlords. We analyze the benefits and challenges of using RentLONA and evaluate its potential for growth in the rental market. The study aims to provide insights into the platform's impact on the rental industry and identify areas for improvement. RentLONA's user-friendly interface and secure payment processing make it a popular choice among tenants and landlords. However, the platform's limitations and challenges need to be addressed to ensure its continued success. By exploring the features and user experience of RentLONA, this study provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the rental industry.
