Abstract: Cognitive impairments, including Alzheimer's disease and dementia, represent rapidly expanding global health challenges that steadily erode patient memory, reasoning, and autonomy [1][3]. Standard caregiving frameworks rely on constant human oversight, an approach that is financially demanding and susceptible to delayed emergency interventions. This study introduces a Voice-Driven Smart Healthcare System that merges automated speech processing, voice processing, AI-assisted behavioral analysis, and continuous monitoring to assist elderly users. The architecture allows patients to utilize conversational commands to obtain medication prompts, daily scheduling support, and emergency trigger mechanisms. Simultaneously, an interface supplies caregivers with instantaneous activity records and health metrics. The system's methodology converts clinical necessities into three distinct operational elements: a Voice Processing Engine, an AI-Driven Health Assistance Module, and a Caregiver Administration Dashboard, all supported by a secure cloud-based architecture designed with privacy, consent, and role-based access considerations. Evaluations of feasibility indicate that this solution is practically deployable in domestic and assisted-care environments, offering a more economical alternative to round-the-clock manual supervision. The proposed platform is anticipated to boost medication compliance, accelerate emergency reactions, and alleviate the strain on caregivers, all while safeguarding the privacy of users with minimal digital literacy [9][14]. Future enhancements will target wearable device integration, multi- language conversational capabilities, and predictive risk modeling [15]. Ultimately, by integrating natural voice interfaces with AI analytics and real-time oversight, this initiative seeks to transition dementia management from reactive supervision to a model that promotes dignity and proactive independence.
