Abstract: The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) has enabled the creation of intelligent systems capable of understanding both images and human language. This research presents a Conversational Image Recognition Chatbot, an AI-based system designed to identify and interpret objects, scenes, and visual information from uploaded images while allowing users to interact with the system through natural language. The main objective of the project is to provide an easy, interactive, and user-friendly platform that combines image recognition with conversational capabilities.

The proposed system uses computer vision and deep learning techniques for image analysis and NLP-based methods for understanding user queries and generating meaningful responses. Users can upload an image and ask questions about its contents, and the chatbot processes the image and provides relevant textual responses. The system can recognize common objects and visual elements and explain the detected information in a conversational manner.

The expected findings indicate that integrating image recognition with conversational AI can improve user interaction, accessibility, and the practical use of computer vision technologies. The proposed chatbot can be useful in education, customer support, accessibility applications, and information retrieval. The study concludes that conversational image recognition provides an effective approach for developing more intelligent and interactive AI applications.
