Abstract: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that affects social interaction,

caregivers to manage daily routines and social engagements. Conventional interventions, while effective, are resource- intensive and place considerable demands on families and therapists.
This paper presents the design and development of an Intelligent Assistive Management System (IAMS) specifically tailored for individuals with ASD. The system integrates real-time monitoring, predictive behavioral analytics, and personalized task guidance through a mobile application interface. Multi-modal data from wearable sensors, environmental devices, and user interactions is processed using machine learning algorithms, including Random Forests and LSTM networks, to provide adaptive interventions.
Pilot testing with 15 participants demonstrated significant improvements in task adherence, engagement, and social interaction, while also reducing caregiver stress and increasing situational awareness. IAMS is designed to be scalable, privacy-preserving, and human-centered, offering a practical tool that complements traditional therapies. This research highlights the potential of technology to enhance autonomy, support caregivers, and improve quality of life for individuals with ASD.
