Abstract: PLM is holistic and cross functional business activity addressing not only product but also organizational structure, working methods, processes, people, information structure and Information system. PLM manages each individual products across its lifecycle this helps companies to have full control over their product and serve the market effectively. The research aims to examine how integrated lifecycle information and adaptive decision-making can support more efficient product management, identify improvement opportunities, and generate measurable business value. A proposed empirical evaluation using relevant industrial case studies, performance data, and comparative analysis could assess the framework's effectiveness against established PLM practices. The expected contribution is a structured approach to connecting PLM integration, data-driven intelligence, continuous adaptation, and value realisation within a single lifecycle management framework. The study seeks to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for organisations pursuing operational excellence, sustainable product development, and improved long-term business performance.
