Sports Management System

Abstract: Managing sports programs in educational institutions and clubs has always involved a fair amount of juggling β player rosters, match schedules, tournament brackets, and performance records all demanding attention at once. This paper presents a Sports Management System designed to bring all of these responsibilities under one digital roof. Built around a centralized database and a role-based interface, the system lets administrators, coaches, and players each interact with the information most relevant to them, without stepping on each otherβs toes. The result is a platform that cuts down on paperwork, reduces scheduling conflicts, and makes it significantly easier to track how individual athletes and teams are performing over time. We describe the motivation behind the system, review related work in the field, outline the proposed architecture and key features, and discuss the practical benefits the system offers to real-world sports programs.
