By retrieving data by scraping from the page Google Play website. The data obtained is data from the Google Play website database which has as many as 600 comments in the form of user reviews of KAI Access. From review KAI Access users are classified using a deep neural network. Expected From the results of this sentiment analysis, it will improve PT KAI's services
