Abstract: In this article, the author presents the basic issues to improve the quality of Vietnamese scientific journals in general and the quality of the People's Police Education Science Journal in particular. The article has outlined the current situation of Vietnamese scientific journals; Some international experiences in the evaluation and improvement of the quality of scientific journals; Proposing some solutions to improve the quality of the the People's Police Education Science Journal . Thereby helping the school's magazine become more and more prestigious, develop and become one of the well-known magazines.
