Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an important part of the healthcare sector by providing innovative solutions to improve patient care and healthcare services. However, the increasing demand for medical services and the shortage of healthcare professionals have created a need for advanced technologies in healthcare. AI-based applications, such as healthcare chatbots, care robots, mental health support systems, and machine learning-based diagnostic tools, are being developed to assist patients and healthcare professionals. These technologies can help improve healthcare accessibility, support early disease detection, and provide better patient assistance. Despite these benefits, the successful implementation of AI in healthcare depends on patients' awareness, trust, and acceptance of these technologies. Factors such as privacy concerns, reliability, safety, and a lack of knowledge may influence patients' willingness to use AI-based healthcare applications. Therefore, this study focuses on understanding patient awareness and acceptance of AI-based healthcare applications and identifying the factors that influence their adoption. The findings may help in understanding patients' perceptions of AI in healthcare and encourage the effective use of AI technologies in medical services.
