Abstract: A ChatBot is a software that can chat with people using AI. This software is used to perform many task such as quickly reply to user helping the user, buying the product and providing best service for user. we present the general working principle and the basic concept of AI chatbot using python programming. these is used as various sectors like banking, college, health, customer call centre and e-commerce. Additionally, these are used in the apps like Amazon, Flipkart, udaan. these helps like Assistance.
