Abstract: The majority of Internet traffic today and in the future is related to media. To support the storing and distribution of Internet-enabled material, numerous storage services, media apps, and devices have evolved. The adoption of distributed storage technology by the edge servers in Content Delivery Networks (CDN) based on cloud storage enables effective resource utubilisation and efficient data storage and retrieval systems. Although each edge server has a full copy of the content files to be provided, existing CDNs based on cloud storage do not use distributed storage on edge servers. We suggest implementing a cooperative content outsourcing approach in CDN in this article. This method will distribute the cloud's media content (such as static/dynamic websites) across various edges.
