Abstract :The Voice Mail Application for Visually Impaired Persons is an innovative mobile application designed to enhance communication accessibility for individuals with visual impairments. Visual impairment poses significant challenges in using traditional text-based communication methods, such as reading and sending text messages. This application aims to bridge the communication gap by leveraging voice-based technology to enable visually impaired users to manage their voice messages efficiently.The application offers a user-friendly interface and utilizes advanced speech recognition and synthesis technologies to facilitate seamless voice-based interactions. Users can easily navigate through their voice messages, listen to incoming messages, and compose and send voice messages to their contacts.
